Redskins Big Jackpot Sweepstakes
My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What's wrong?
Most likely, you have not yet registered your e-mail address. If this is your first time entering over the Internet, you must register before you can log-in. Click here to register.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click here to have your password e-mailed to you. Enter your e-mail address and click "GO". Your password will only be sent to the e-mail address used during registration.
My personal information that I submitted when I registered has changed. How do I update the information?

Click here to log in with your e-mail address and password. After logging in, click the "To edit your information, click here" link to make the changes. Once complete, click the "UPDATE" button to save your changes.

I am not able to enter my tickets. When I click on "ENTER TICKET," I am transferred back to the login page. Why is this happening?

To enter a Virginia Lottery second-chance drawing (on the Internet) you must first be registered. To register, click here and complete the necessary information.

Some firewalls or security settings may prevent you from entering tickets for a second-chance drawing. If you continue to have difficulty, you may want to consult with your Network Administrator or Internet Provider, or check your personal firewall settings.

I received a message that says the Sweepstakes Entry Number has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my possession and what should I do?
First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the ticket has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please notify the Virginia Lottery. Include the Sweepstakes Entry Number that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
May I enter a drawing more than once?
Yes. You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish, using a different non-winning Redskins Legacy ticket for each entry. However, a player is only eligible to win one (1) prize per drawing.
I have tickets but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which tickets have been entered?
Each time you submit an entry, a record of the entry appears on your Enter Tickets page. All of your entries are in that list so you may check the tickets you are holding.
May I dispose of the tickets after I have entered them into a drawing?
No. If your Internet entry is selected in a drawing, you will be asked to produce the tickets that match your winning entry in order to claim your prize.
Do I need to be a Virginia resident to enter a Virginia Lottery second-chance drawing?
No. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is eligible to purchase Virginia Lottery tickets is eligible to participate in the second-chance drawings.
When may I discard the tickets I entered?
Although your ticket may not have been originally chosen as a winning entry, your ticket may be selected as an alternate prize-winner. It is recommended that you retain possession of the tickets for 90 days after all winners' names have been posted.
Can I double my chances of winning by entering tickets on the Internet and then mailing them in as an entry?
No. Internet entries are not eligible to be mailed in, and mail-in entries cannot be used as Internet entries.
How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?

An unofficial list of winners will be posted to the website 3 business days after each drawing. Winners become official once their age and identification have been verified. The verification process includes confirming that a winner is at least 18 years of age and has won a prize only once for that drawing. To qualify as an official winner, documentation must be completed and returned to the Lottery.

Please keep your non-winning tickets for at least 90 days since we may need to contact alternates up to 90 days after a drawing.
I submitted several entries to the drawing. Why didn't I win a prize?

It's the luck of the random drawing that determines who wins and who doesn't. The Virginia Lottery could receive 200,000 or more entries for the drawing, so your chance of winning still requires a little luck.
What is the Redskins Big Jackpot Sweepstakes?
The Redskins Big Jackpot Sweepstakes provides additional opportunity to win with your non-winning Redskins Legacy ticket. Not only can you enter your ticket for chances to win exciting Redskins prizes, but you can also use your non-winning ticket to play our Mega Millions and Powerball game simulations for chances to win more great prizes.

For a limited time, play the Mega Millions and Powerball simulations for chances to win a 26 draw Virginia Lottery Subscription. In support of this sweepstakes, seven (7) drawings will be conducted. Each drawing will award up to five hundred (500) 26 draw subscriptions. Only entries with a valid Virginia mailing address are eligible to participate in this sweepstakes.
How do I participate in the Redskins Big Jackpot Sweepstakes?
To participate, a Virginia resident must submit the Sweepstakes Entry Number from one (1) non-winning Redskins Legacy ticket into the Redskins Legacy Sweepstakes.
Upon successful submission, you will be asked if you wish to complete a Mega Millions and/or Powerball Simulation for chances to win a 26 draw Subscription for Mega Millions or Win For Life.
How are chances awarded for this Sweepstakes?
Each non-winning Redskins Legacy ticket is eligible to play one Mega Millions and one Powerball simulation. Should both games be played they must be done in the same gaming session. Should a player elect to play one game they forfeit the opportunity to participate in the un-played game.

Simulation participants who complete one game will receive a minimum of one entry into the sweepstakes drawing, winners of a game simulation will receive two sweepstakes entries and players who are Jackpot winners receive four entries.

Simulation participants who complete both games will receive a minimum of two entries into the sweepstakes drawing. If both simulations are winners, you will receive four sweepstakes entries and players who are Jackpot winners in both games will receive a total of eight entries.

Why can I not participate in the Redskins Big Jackpot Sweepstakes?
Only players that register to play on the Virginia Lottery web site will be accepted as a valid entry for this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is open to players eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid Virginia mailing address. Players will be required to provide proof of their date of birth.
